Country Home Morell Nou

The house is situated on a 4.5 hectare plot of land called "Morell Nou" with numerous olive trees, fig trees, carob trees and orange trees, as well as pastures and fields for the house's own organic gardens. Two horses, a herd of goats and a flock of chickens live separately from the house on the property and make an important contribution to the conservation and regeneration of the land.

The finca is located between Alcudia (10 km) and Pollença (5 km), approx. 5 km from the sea and belongs to the municipality of Pollença. The most beautiful beaches in the area can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. 

A spacious garden with old trees, including a 1000 year old olive tree - the guardian of the property - surrounds the entire house. A large gravel parking lot is located directly in front of the house and offers easy access.

From the saltwater infinity pool (5 x 10 m) and its terrace you can enjoy a wonderful distant sea view of the bay of Pollença and the Tramuntana mountains in the background.

On the spacious, covered house terrace (approx. 60 m2), family and friends can sit comfortably at the long, rustic wooden table. A sofa area invites you to relax, as well as two hammocks strung between olive trees. There is a large barbecue station with a sink and fridge where you can prepare meals outdoors. 

The house was completely renovated in 2017, using energy-saving and ecological materials, and welcomed its first guests in July 2018. The design focuses on quality of living, simple elegance and originality. Wherever possible, original elements of the old house, such as the old sandstone walls in the living room, were retained and restored.

The finca has been in the family for generations. Not only the land has been passed down, but also the knowledge of landscape conservation and of the typical Mallorcan flora.
